What we collect

When you book a demo or write to us we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, monthly revenue band, team size, the tools you use today and any message you write.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your browser and our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.

How the demo form works

The demo form opens your email app with your details pre-filled, addressed to demo@operu.ai. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. If we later switch the form to submit directly, we will update this policy.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange and run a demo, and follow up about the product. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us run the website and our email and scheduling, and where the law requires it. Some providers may store data outside Australia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any ongoing relationship, then delete or de-identify them.

Your rights

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@operu.ai. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, tell us and we will respond promptly. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
